Course fees are non-refundable once payment is made, except in the limited cases set out in our cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Certificates and university programmes
Where a course offers a certificate, we issue it when you meet the requirements stated on the course page. Some programmes are submitted to a university for approval. University recognition applies only once approval is granted, and the course page always shows the current status.

Our courses explain the law for learning purposes. They aren’t legal advice, and completing a course doesn’t by itself make you or your organisation compliant. For advice on a specific situation, consult a qualified professional.

11. Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in connection with a course is limited to the fee you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
