Shipping and delivery policy

We sell online courses only. Nothing is shipped to you, and there are no delivery charges.

How you get access

After your payment is confirmed, the course is added to My learning in your account straight away, usually within a minute. You can start immediately on any device with a modern web browser and an internet connection. Your payment receipt is available in your account.

If access is delayed

Some UPI and bank payments take longer to confirm. If the course isn’t in My learning within an hour, refresh the page. If it still isn’t there after 24 hours, email hello@dpdpcourse.in, or call or WhatsApp +91 89395 53536 with your order number and we’ll sort it out. If we can’t, you’ll get a full refund under our cancellation and refund policy.

How long access lasts

Unless the course page says otherwise, you can use a course for 12 months from the date of payment.

Certificates

Where a course includes a certificate, it’s issued digitally once you meet the course requirements. We don’t post printed certificates unless the course page says so.
